Duration - 12 months

Essential experience
Proven ability to lead the full lifecycle-design, build, commissioning, and live operations-of complex engineering or infrastructure systems.
Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems, Central Monitoring platforms, CCTV, or equivalent critical control environments.
Experience operating within high-availability, mission-critical environments where resilience, uptime, and security are non-negotiable.
Deep understanding of physical and system security principles, with the ability to identify, mitigate, and manage operational risk.
Track record of driving automation and Infrastructure as Code, reducing manual intervention, and improving operational performance at scale.
Ability to design and integrate complex, multi-vendor systems into cohesive, scalable, and future-ready platforms.
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value and influence stakeholders across engineering, security, and operations.
Focus on service assurance, proactive monitoring, and continuous optimisation to enhance availability and performance.
