Offre d'emploi SAP Project Manager – S/4HANA Release Upgrade

An international company, active across multiple countries, is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead an S/4HANA release upgrade project, based in the Zurich area (50% on site).

You will take overall ownership of the project, leading a cross-functional project team, and working directly with the steering committee and stakeholders across several departments and countries.

This position is open to freelance also. 

Key responsibilities:

• Overall project management of the SAP S/4 upgrade project
  


• Plan and monitor the project, prepare steering committee materials
  


• Align with other projects and departments to clarify dependencies
  


• Communicate with stakeholders
  


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (project plans, status reports, decision logs, risk registers, steering committee materials)
  

• 10+ years of SAP experience, including a proven track record managing SAP S/4HANA release upgrade projects
  


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver within scope, time, and budget
  


• Solid technical understanding of upgrade-related concepts (client concept, freeze periods, dependencies with other projects and systems)
  


• Experience with large-scale, multi-business-unit, multi-country landscapes is an advantage
  


• Excellent communication skills; the project runs in English, German is a strong plus
