Are you a Product or UI Designer with a strong eye for visual detail and user experience, looking for an opportunity to shape the design direction of an AI-powered platform whilst building products that help financial institutions make critical decisions more effectively?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing AI startup developing cutting-edge technology for the financial services sector. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will have a direct influence on the visual quality, usability and consistency of a platform used within complex, high-impact workflows.

In this role, you will design and refine product interfaces, improve information hierarchy and user journeys, and help evolve a scalable design system. You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and exploration through to implementation and release, ensuring an exceptional user experience at every stage.

The ideal candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating excellent UI craft, strong information design skills and experience working on shipped digital products. This role would suit someone who enjoys simplifying complex workflows and wants to make a tangible impact within an early-stage, high-growth environment.

The Role:

• Design and refine user interfaces across a complex SaaS platform
• Improve information architecture and user journeys for data-rich workflows
• Build and evolve reusable design system components
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Review and refine implemented features to ensure high visual and usability standards

The Person:

• Portfolio showcasing strong UI and product design work
• Experience designing digital products and end-to-end user flows
• Understanding of design systems and reusable component libraries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• UI, UX or Product Design background with a strong attention to detail
