We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach who specializes in Product & Engineering transformation. This role requires an individual capable of supporting tech teams by facilitating meaningful changes in operations rather than merely conducting traditional agile ceremonies. The ideal candidate should be pragmatic and impact-driven with the ability to facilitate collaboration between Product and Engineering teams, utilizing KPIs to measure their effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:Support the rollout of an effective Product & Engineering operating model.
Enhance team collaboration by focusing on shared goals, priorities, and commitments.
Strengthen collaboration methods across discovery, delivery, planning, and continuous improvement.
Assist teams in transitioning from activity-based delivery to outcome-based delivery.
Establish and apply relevant KPIs to enhance delivery flow, predictability, and quality.
Identify performance blockers, dependencies, and systemic issues.
Coach Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters.
Facilitate alignment on priorities and decision-making between leadership and teams.
Promote team autonomy, accountability, and delivery maturity.
Offer constructive challenges to existing processes and provide actionable recommendations.
Extensive experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role.
Strong background in a technology or product-driven environment.
Credentials in collaborating with Engineering teams with insights into software delivery constraints.
A solid understanding of product management practices including roadmaps and prioritization.
Proficient knowledge in agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Experience in defining and utilizing KPIs (lead time, cycle time, quality, etc.).
Adept at interpreting team dynamics and fostering collaboration.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
A comfort level in coaching both teams and senior leaders.
Confident in presenting structured, pragmatic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience in sectors such as SaaS or fintech is advantageous.
Familiarity with advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
This position is remote and is expected to evolve, adapting to the organization's needs. The aim is to achieve a higher maturity in product delivery and team autonomy.
