Mission freelance Copilot Adoption Strategist (h/f)

Introduction & Summary: The role of the Copilot Adoption Strategist involves driving the successful adoption of Copilot technologies within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of community management, user training, and operational support to enhance user engagement and utilization of Copilot features.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and animate user communities around Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365.

• Foster engagement through communication, events, and knowledge sharing.

• Act as an ambassador for Copilot within the organization.

• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for various user profiles.

• Provide functional support and resolve user-related issues.

• Test new functionalities and produce reports on feature adoption.

• Help design and maintain a centralized prompt library.

• Support the management of Copilot licenses to ensure effective usage.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in user community management.

• Experience in designing and delivering training materials.

• Ability to provide functional support to users.

• Knowledge of Copilot features and their application.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical skills to assess user engagement and adoption.

Nice to Have:
