***Space Planning Experience***
* Demonstrable experience supporting business change, operational activity, project coordination, analysis, documentation or stakeholder follow-up.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to integrate quickly into operational teams and build trust with subject matter experts, managers and cross-functional partners.
* Highly organised and dependable, able to manage varied tasks, changing priorities and multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
* Practical and proactive, with the confidence to step into activity where the business needs support.
* Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into actions, updates and recommendations for different audiences.
* Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to work through ambiguity and maintain momentum as priorities shift.
* A collaborative, team-focused approach and an understanding of the need to protect business continuity during transformation.
* Good understanding of retail Space Planning activity, including macro space, grading, store layouts, space performance, concessions, tactical space and seasonal change.
* Ability to interpret commercial, operational and space data to support recommendations and decision-making.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and OneNote.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
* Understanding of store operations, retail critical paths and the practical impact of space decisions.
* Experience using planning trackers or workflow tools such as Monday.com, Planner or equivalent.
* Awareness of Space Planning systems and reporting tools such as Blue Yonder/JDA, RELEX and Power BI; role-specific system knowledge can be developed in post.
