Mission freelance Data Architect (DV Cleared, Outside IR35)

Role:
A practical, operationally credible Data Architect - not someone who simply produces architecture slides - who can sit with targeteers, intelligence staff, mission planners and Digital Warfighters, understand where information slows down real operations, and turn that into usable data models, standards and integration patterns for our Maritime DTW efforts.

Their job is to identify the key data frictions and opportunities in a live and priority mission thread - what data is needed/available, where it sits, who owns it, why it is hard to trust/ share/exploit, and what needs to change - and deliver some short term changes that help us decisions faster and with more confidence, and identify opportunities/requirements for automation and/AI: a common targeting data model, a clear map of systems and information flows, agreed data owners and standards, that is informed by and shapes the technical architecture - both MAB, MFW and DTW.


Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
