Mission freelance Network Support Engineer

Mandatory experience required for this role includes:
- Advanced Mobile Network RAN optimization/planning and RAN Performance knowledge.
- Ability at making decisions in ambiguous situations using incomplete information.
- Produce clear and effective communication both written and verbal to justify actions and drive business decisions.
- Experience of Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia Performance counters and parameters.
- RAN vendor alarm data diagnostic
- Working in a live operational environment
Preferred experience:
- Drive survey analysis
- Coverage predictions and analysis using Attoll planning system
- Crowd datasets to measure actual coverage levels and serving cells.
