• REQUIREMENTS

• Experience & Profile 4+ years of experience as System/Infrastructure Engineer.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with developers and external providers.

• Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.

• Technical Skills

• Proficient with Windows & Linux systems, basic understanding of container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience in CI/CD, Git, and scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and hybrid environments. Good understanding of application infrastructure needs (e.g., Java, .NET platforms).
  
  Working knowledge of networking (firewalls, VPN, segmentation) as part of broader infra.

• Soft Skills :

• Can challenge decisions from both internal and external stakeholders respectfully.

• Excellent problem-solving skills: able to contribute to troubleshooting across stack.

• Strong communicator, able to mediate between technical and non-technical roles. Comfortable with hybrid collaboration (on-site + remote).

• LANGUAGES Dutch English

• Brussels – Hybrid – on-site 2 days a week

RESPONABILITIES :

Infrastructure & Operations Act as liaison between internal developers and external service providers.

Manage and optimize server environments (Windows, Linux), ensuring high availability and scalability. Ensure platform readiness for application deployments (config, certificates, access, runtime tuning).

Collaborate with Dev teams to understand infrastructure needs and implement technical solutions.

Participate actively in incident analysis and troubleshooting with developers and vendors. Projects & Lifecycle Management Support platform upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure lifecycle initiatives.

Work on deployment environments, pipelines, and CI/CD integration with infrastructure.

Participate in platform engineering and automation efforts.

Cybersecurity & Vulnerability Management Identify and remediate system vulnerabilities across the stack.

Ensure infrastructure adheres to regulatory and internal security standards.

Implement monitoring and logging to support root cause analysis and performance
