Bonjour !

Hello! In my opinion, your experience in the automotive industry is a real asset, so I wouldn't start from scratch. SAP seems like an interesting option, as you could use your industry knowledge while developing new IT skills. Cloud computing and DevOps could also be good options if you prefer a more technical role. I think the most important thing is to choose a field you truly enjoy and in which you can specialize. Your experience in project management and quality assurance could also help you find your first consulting assignments.

I'm in a similar situation and I don't really know where to find clients either. I think finding your first projects is the hardest part, especially when you're still a student and can't dedicate yourself entirely to freelancing. So, I'd also be interested in advice from people who have already been through this.

Hi! I also found this email quite suspicious. The message is very vague: we don't really know who the client is or what position is being offered. Furthermore, if the person has already looked at the CV, they should have an idea of the required skills and the type of position being sought. It's possible this is simply a way to collect personal information. If I were you, I would verify the recruiter's identity and the company before replying.
