RED Global is looking for a SAP Test Lead for a Greenfield project in Porto, Hybrid - Freelance - 3 months +, for a Final Client

Details of the project:

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the end-to-end test strategy across all program streams.
• Coordinate all testing phases: SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Data Migration, and Cutover.
• Configure and manage Azure DevOps test plans, suites, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead test execution, defect management, and test governance activities.
• Deliver executive-level test reporting and support go/no-go decisions.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and country SMEs.
• Support UAT sign-off and ensure testing readiness before go-live.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP testing experience including at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong experience as Test Lead/Test Manager on global ERP programs.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps test management.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance, Supply Chain, integrations, and data migration testing.
• Experience managing multinational testing activities and stakeholder communication.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Fluent English required; French and/or Italian is advantageous.
