In this role you'll deputise for the Head of Department, lead electrical curriculum development, mentor staff, and ensure inclusive, high-quality teaching and assessment across apprenticeships and study programmes.

The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background with proven experience teaching or assessing, and the drive to take on greater responsibility within a growing, forward-thinking department.

The Role:

Deputise for the Head of Department; support day-to-day leadership and quality
Lead electrical curriculum design, delivery standards, and innovation
Mentor/coach staff to raise teaching, learning, and assessment outcomes

Electrical background
Teaching/assessing qualification
Proven record delivering electrical training/assessment
