Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. You must be based in the UK with the ability to travel to client site as needed.

Profil recherché

In this role, you will work as a Senior Service Designer supporting a small internal design team during discovery phases. You’ll apply user research and insight to shape clear, end-to-end service propositions, translating complex organisational, stakeholder, and technology needs into practical, scalable service designs.



You will take ownership of service design deliverables, collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders, and help ensure services are user-centred, viable, and ready for implementation. You’ll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, contribute ideas, and grow your capability within a supportive design community.



• Lead and contribute to discovery and service design activities

• Plan and conduct user research to generate actionable insights

• Design end-to-end service journeys, blueprints, and propositions

• Align complex stakeholder and technology requirements

• Communicate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You should have experience working as a Service Designer within complex environments, with the ability to balance user needs, organisational goals, and technical constraints. You’ll be confident delivering discovery work and producing service design artefacts that inform strategic decisions.



• Proven experience in a Service Designer role

• Strong user research and insight synthesis skills

• Experience delivering end-to-end service design

• Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes

• Confidence working with technical and non-technical teams
