Digital Solutions Commercial Manager (Contracts & Digital Supply Chain)
West Coast, USA (Remote, with travel across the West Coast and Florida)
$110,000 - $120,000 base salary + up to 15% bonus + IRS mileage reimbursement + Medical/Dental/Vision + Life & Disability + 401k (100% of first 3%, 50% up to 5%) + 8 Holidays + 4 Floating Holidays + 18 days PTO

In this role, you will sit alongside the commercial team as a complementary specialist. You will not be a front-line quota carrier, but you will be critical to revenue growth and risk management. You will help define what the digital offering looks like commercially, create and manage partner contracts, and ensure key areas such as data ownership, platform access, and partner obligations are fully covered for Retail and Grower relationships. Vendor management may also form part of the remit.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-impact commercial work at the intersection of supply chain, technology, and contracts, with clear progression and real autonomy in a newly created role.
The Role
- Own the creation, review, negotiation, and ongoing management of contracts across Retail and Grower partners, with a strong focus on digital and data terms
* Ensure commercial agreements clearly cover data ownership, platform access rights, governance, and usage expectations
* Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to package digital solutions commercially and support rollout across key accounts
* Support vendor relationships where required, ensuring commercial terms and delivery align to business needs
* Travel predominantly across the West Coast and Florida to support partner meetings, rollouts, and stakeholder alignment. Initially this role will be more home-based, with travel increasing as the role and digital offering mature
The Person
- Proven experience in contract creation and contract management across customer, partner, or vendor agreements
* Background in supply chain, logistics, packaging pooling, retail supply chain technology, or digital solutions
* Experience supporting or partnering closely with sales teams in a commercial environment
* Comfortable working in a newly created role, dealing with ambiguity, and creating your own agenda to deliver value across teams
* Commercially sharp and confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Operations, and external partners
* Comfortable presenting and influencing senior stakeholders, including retailer and grower contacts
* West Coast based and open to regular travel as the role evolves
