Mission freelance Support Officer / Business Analyst (h/f)

Location: Brussels / 3 days remote per week

Duration: 3 years

The Support Officer/Business Analyst role focuses on enhancing the functionality and support of renewable asset management within the organization. The primary objective is to provide operational support across various business activities in the renewable sector, aiding users in navigating complex software applications for contract and asset management.

• User support: Resolve requests and incidents from RES business teams, manage first-level investigations, and ensure clear communication.

• Applicative support: Monitor production systems and proactively detect anomalies.

• Incident and problem management: Track, coordinate, and follow up on requests and incidents.

• Organization & processes management: Facilitate problem reviews and prioritize urgent bug fixes.

• Solid experience (5Y+) in application support or production operations, ideally combining functional depth with technical awareness.

• Alternatively, the candidate could have a previous functional analyst experience (3Y+) in similar business domain (either market finance or commodities market).

• English: fluent in professional context [Mandatory].

• Familiarity with incident and problem management, with certified knowledge of ITIL V3+ being a plus.

• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL); able to write queries to interrogate data context in DB and to interpret queries and errors.
