Experience of technical and operational processes used to deploy, support and maintain a Message Broker environment. 

Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources, allowing the provision of highly effective solutions in complex environments. 

Strong quality and service focus. 

Experience of delivering complex projects and / or incident recoveries. 

Experience of operating in a service delivery environment with good understanding of frameworks and processes. 

Proven systematic and analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to implement effective business solutions. 

Excellent communication skills

Strong stakeholder management skills. 

Self-starter who can prioritise own workloads.
