Dans le cadre du projet d'un de ses clients, Visian recherche un développeur Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Voici la description du poste :
CRM Project Manager :
We are looking for a CRM Project Manager working in the Digital & Client Development Department.
As part of the global CRM team and in the context of strong acceleration within the broader digital ecosystem, you will be proactively working on shaping and implementing a multichannel and client-centric CRM strategy, leveraging both 1toMany and 1to1 communication.
You will be strongly involved in the development of key supporting strategic projects, as well as the definition of client journeys and relational programs.
You will be working closely with the corporate Omnichannel, Communications and IS&T teams, as well as in partnership with local CRM teams (Americas, North Asia, South Asia, Japan, Europe).
Main responsibilities:
Develop/enhance and implement client journeys and relational programs leveraging 1:1 and 1toMany communications on all available touchpoints (emails, Mobile App notifications, social CRM messages, notifications to Client Advisors, SMS...) – organize and supervise WW rollout of these programs, from ideas to execution locally.
Lead key projects related to CRM elevation, including advanced targeting or redesign of client paths (scoping, testing, implementation)
Identify opportunities for new relevant CRM channels incl. social networks, or new communication initiatives to enhance client engagement.
Measure success of projects, share learnings and best practices, and develop enhancement action plans as needed.
Be a ‘Client Communication ambassador’: onboard relevant stakeholders and promote CRM projects within corporate and local teams (training…).
Profile
- Up to 5 years in a similar position (CRM)
- Excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills – ability to navigate across teams (central/local, across departments)
- English is mandatory
- Expertise with CRM tools & content design, client segmentation strategy, social CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud & HTML)
- Precision and flexibility are a must
- Client-centric mindset

Anglais obligatoire (échanges très réguliers avec les zones).
Démarrage : fin mai.
Durée : -> fin 2026, extensible
Profil recherché
Jusqu'à 5 ans sur un poste similaire, avec d'excellente compétences interpersonnelles, soft skills. La maitrise de l'anglais est obligatoire. Maitrise Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
