Mission freelance SC Project Manager - Glasgow

Target End Date: 12 months from start date

Rate:£500 pd Inside IR35
Location of role (on site requirements) Hybrid , work from home and onsite in Glasgow.
Clearance Required: SC

Role would suit an experienced, competent project manager, looking for the opportunity to be involved in a multi-year large scale delivery programme
Role involves regular travel to both sites.

Desired Experience:
Experienced in 'on-site' project implementation
Experienced in the use of MS Project
Experienced Prince2 Practitioner or PMP Professional
Experienced in managing complex project scope, project cost and project quality outputs against contracted requirements
Experienced in implementing WAN projects
Experienced in commercial and project financial management
Experienced in project forecasting
Experienced working within the defence arena
H&S qualified (IOSH or equivalent)

Key Skills:
End to end responsibility of managing assigned projects to closure in line with defined baseline and cost
Risk management
Scope management
Change management
Stakeholder management
JSP experience desirable
Levels of experience from simple to complex projects
Dependency Management
Resource Management
Schedule Management
Cost Management
Project management qualification such as Prince 2 or PMP
Commercially aware
Excellent soft skills
