Within the Business & Data Business Unit, the Data, BI & Analytics department offers products to the client entities to store, transform, aggregate, and visualize data through a datalake. Our service catalog is based on 3 pillars:
• The CoE (Center of Excellence), which plays a role of expertise and advice for the entities (training, R&D, functional and technical expertise, UX...).
• The Delivery, which implements and maintains the products (IT services, quality of service, support, evolutions...).
• The Factory, which implements and maintains the technical layers of applications (CI/CD, platform monitoring, capacity management...).
In this context, the Data, BI & Analytics department handles the complete cycle of products and services: pre-sales, project delivery, operations, and maintenance of solutions.
As a Business Analyst service, is intended to maintain the functioning of the application(s) for which they are responsible with high quality service to the end client.
Au sein de la Business Unit Business & Data, le département Data, BI & Analytics propose aux entités clientes des produits pour stocker, transformer, agréger et visualiser les données à travers un datalake. Notre catalogue de services repose sur trois piliers :
- Le CoE (Center of Excellence), qui joue un rôle d'expertise et de conseil auprès des entités (formation, R&D, expertise fonctionnelle et technique, UX...).
- Le Delivery, qui met en œuvre et maintient les produits (services IT, qualité de service, support, évolutions...).
- La Factory, qui met en œuvre et maintient les couches techniques des applications (CI/CD, monitoring de la plateforme, gestion de la capacité...).
Dans ce contexte, le département Data, BI & Analytics gère le cycle complet des produits et services : avant-vente, livraison du projet, opérations et maintenance des solutions.
En tant que Business Analyst, le service a pour objectif de maintenir le fonctionnement de l'application ou des applications dont il est responsable avec un service de haute qualité pour le client final.
Profil recherché
The service will be autonomous and will require the following tasks:
• Maintain and follow the processes applied within the Data, BI & Analytics team by:
o Defining the identity card of the application system(s) for which they are responsible
o Evaluating, consolidating, and validating cost estimates with the tools at their disposal
o Following their budget and consumption with the tools at their disposal
o Regularly planning and presenting operating committees
o Ensuring functional and technical coherence of the applications their responsible for
o Monitoring activity using the ticketing tool available to them
o Measuring and monitoring the SLAs defined by the Data Business Intelligence and Analytics team
o Alerting on problems and incidents when they occur
o Participating in the promotion of BI offerings
o Identifying solutions or optimization tracks with the objective of reducing costs within BI and data
o Ensuring excellent customer relationship management
o Planning the Customer Survey once a year with their main clients if requested.
In some cases, the service will also be responsible for:
· Evaluating and ensuring the design, development, and deployment of changes by:
o Organizing and managing relationships with users and/or demand management
o Making and keeping commitments with regards to deadlines and quality
o Negotiating and communicating with the department's project managers
o Organizing and participating in the validation of technical and functional solutions proposed
o Ensuring the quality of developments (clarity of specifications, ergonomics, documentation, performance, compliance with standards, reliability of tests, etc.)
o Searching for and promoting the reuse of existing components
o Guaranteeing the coherence, sustainability, and safe operation of the implemented changes
Le service sera autonome et nécessitera les tâches suivantes :
- Maintenir et suivre les processus appliqués au sein de l'équipe Data, BI & Analytics en :
o Définissant la carte d'identité du/des système(s) d'application dont il est responsable
o évaluant, consolidant et validant les estimations de coûts avec les outils à leur disposition
o Suivre leur budget et leur consommation avec les outils à leur disposition
o Planifier et présenter régulièrement des comités d'exploitation
o Assurer la cohérence fonctionnelle et technique des applications dont ils ont la charge
o Suivre l'activité à l'aide de l'outil de ticketing mis à leur disposition
o Mesurer et suivre les SLAs définis par l'équipe Data Business Intelligence and Analytics
o Alerter sur les problèmes et incidents lorsqu'ils surviennent
o Participer à la promotion des offres BI
o Identifier des solutions ou des pistes d'optimisation dans le but de réduire les coûts au sein de la BI et des données
o Assurer une excellente gestion de la relation client
o Planifier l'enquête client une fois par an avec leurs principaux clients si cela est demandé.
Environnement de travail
· 5 years operational expertise in BI and data
· expertise in Microsoft tools, and those related to Azure Cloud
· expertise in the technical and functional environments (Power BI - VBA - SQL),
expertise in the BAU / RUN method and associated tools (in particular ServiceNow).
- 5 ans d'expertise opérationnelle en matière de BI et de données
- expertise dans les outils Microsoft, et ceux liés à Azure Cloud
- expertise des environnements techniques et fonctionnels (Power BI - VBA - SQL),
- expertise de la méthode BAU / RUN et des outils associés (notamment ServiceNow).
