Office Administrator – Hartlepool

My client is looking for a Office Administrator to complete setup of laptops, desktops and asset management within an office for a Windows 11 migration project.

Key Responsibilities Office Administrator:





  • Unbox, configure, and assemble laptops, desktops, and associated peripherals.



  • Manage asset tracking and maintain accurate inventory records.



  • Liaise with stakeholders and end users to ensure requirements are met.



  • Coordinate recycling and disposal of packaging and redundant equipment.



  • Assist in basic cabling and wiring tasks as part of the office setup.



  • Provide a professional point of contact for staff during the migration process.



The successful candidate will be commutable to Hartlepool 5 – days a week Onsite.
