Job Vacancy Lead Test engineer

Experience leading a team of QA Engineers
Excellent comms and stakeholder management ( this will be tested)
Can analyse, review and recommend changes to existing automation frameworks
Can recommend new frameworks and tools and discuss same with senior technical stakeholders.
Java: Required
Playwright: Not required but very beneficial
SQL skills: required
Frameworks: Understand both back end and front end automation, can explain rationale for specific technical choices made

Need to be able to talk about how they dealt with snr stakeholders, drove technical excellence across QA Engineering teams.
