We are recruiting for two Product Managers to join our Digital Change team.
As a Product Manager you will play a key role in shaping services that truly work for our people and customers. You'll lead on developing products that are designed and optimised around real user needs, ensuring every solution delivers genuine value and aligns with the Government Service Standard. Working autonomously on your own products, and alongside Senior Product Managers on more complex services, you will help to drive meaningful transformation. You'll collaborate with fellow product managers and the service owner to build a deep understanding of the end-to-end user experience, applying a service design approach to improve and modernise the way our services are delivered.
The post holder will work with high-achieving professionals at all levels, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team. They will have access to amazing benefits, such as flexible working hours, the Civil Service Pension Scheme, and 32.5 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays. We offer a hybrid working model, so you may also choose to spend a proportion of time working from home.
