Justice Digital, Data and Science (MoJ) is hiring Associate Product Managers to join teams transforming prisons and probation services through digital innovation.

This is a unique opportunity to work on services that directly support people’s journeys, from custody through to release, helping create better outcomes for individuals, communities and society.

About the role

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team designing and improving digital services that are critical to how the justice system operates.

Working alongside experienced Product Managers, you’ll develop your skills while contributing to real products used by frontline staff and the people they support.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of digital products and services
Representing users by helping gather insights and turning needs into product decisions
Working with Product Managers to shape priorities, features and roadmaps
Collaborating with designers, developers and researchers in agile teams
Contributing to user research and helping translate findings into improvements
Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding
Learning and developing core product management skills and techniques

Candidate profile

What we’re looking for

An interest in product management and digital service delivery
Understanding of Agile ways of working (or a willingness to learn)
Ability to identify problems and contribute to solutions
A user-focused mindset, using data and insight to guide decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
