Contractor job Scrum Master

Our client is looking for a Scrum Master/PM for one of our clients based in Cork, Ireland, this role would be require working three days a week onsite at the Cork location.

Mandatory Skill sets:
* 3+ years Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with proven track record of successful sprint delivery
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
* Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
* Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
* Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management

Activities to be performed:
Sprint Leadership: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) ensuring timely, focused, and productive sessions.
Team Enablement: Remove impediments, coach team members on agile practices, and foster self-organizing, high-velocity teams.
Stakeholder Management: Bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine team processes, implement best practices, and drive adoption of agile tools and methodologies.
Metrics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity trends, and team performance indicators to drive data-driven improvements.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address project risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery timelines.
