Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) PMO senior et un(e) PMO junior pour soutenir et coordonner la mise en œuvre d’un projet transverse visant à Ameliorer workforce planning (planification des effectifs et des coûts RH) à l’échelle du Groupe, incluant des capacités de budgeting et d’analyse des écarts (gap analysis) dans Workday Adaptive Planning.

La solution a été mise en place l’année dernière mais a rencontré plusieurs difficultés. L’objectif est donc de la reconfigurer, l’adapter et sécuriser son déploiement global.

Il ne s’agit pas d’un projet purement IT. Le rôle nécessite une forte exposition aux dimensions suivantes :

Transformation Finance (budget, forecast, processus FP&A)
Workforce / headcount planning
Coordination transverse entre Controlling, Finance, RH, HRIS, directions métiers et intégrateur externe
Gouvernance de programme et pilotage multi-streams
Collaboration étroite avec un intégrateur Workday externe

Candidate profile

Le PMO aura pour responsabilités principales :

Mettre en place et maintenir la gouvernance projet (instances, reporting, suivi des décisions)
Assurer la coordination quotidienne entre les différents streams
Maintenir le planning intégré et gérer les dépendances critiques
Garantir le respect des délais, du périmètre et du budget
Synchroniser les activités data, process et configuration système
Identifier, suivre et escalader les risques et points de blocage
Consolider un reporting clair pour le management et les comités de pilotage

Working environment

Une expérience opérationnelle sur Workday Adaptive Planning constitue un atout important.

Le poste est basé à Paris.

La mission est prévue pour 6 mois, avec une possibilité de prolongation en fonction de l’avancement et des besoins du projet.

Au regard de ces éléments, nous recherchons des profils disposant d’une solide expérience en transformation Finance / RH, avec une compréhension des enjeux budgétaires et de planification, plutôt que des profils issus d’environnements purement IT, cybersécurité ou ingénierie.
