Contexte de la mission

Notre client, un acteur majeur de la distribution et du négoce alimentaire, recherche un Directeur de Projet IT afin de piloter et sécuriser des projets stratégiques liés à la transformation de son système d’information.

Responsabilités principales

Piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets IT (planification, budget, suivi, qualité, délais).
Coordonner les équipes internes et externes (DSI, métiers, intégrateurs, prestataires).
Assurer la bonne communication et le reporting régulier auprès de la direction.
Anticiper et gérer les risques, définir les plans d’actions correctifs.
Garantir l’alignement des solutions mises en place avec les besoins métiers.
Accompagner la conduite du changement auprès des utilisateurs.

Candidate profile

Consultant expérimenté / Directeur de Projet IT ayant déjà mené des projets de transformation ou de déploiement ERP.
Forte orientation résultats et capacité à travailler en autonomie.
Mobilité en Belgique (déplacements réguliers sur sites).

Working environment

Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IT d’envergure, idéalement dans le secteur de la distribution ou de la logistique.
Bonne connaissance d’au moins un ERP (SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics ou équivalent).
Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et coordination multi-acteurs.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement complexe.
Maîtrise du français (anglais et/ou néerlandais appréciés).
