Rejoignez une mission stratégique ASAP à Paris (1 an renouvelable) en tant que Product Owner Vidéo avec 3-6 ans d'expérience. Pilotez la chaîne vidéo complète (encodage, packaging, distribution, orchestration, monitoring) pour un produit OTT hautement sollicité, garantissant stabilité, performance et résilience.

Vos missions clés :

Prioriser évolutions et correctifs via user stories à forte valeur ajoutée.
Assurer alignement stratégique et coordonner Build/Run pour un delivery fluide.
Suivre KPI Run vidéo, optimiser l'expérience utilisateur et challenger les process.
Gérer incidents, communications équipes et mises en production sécurisées.

Candidate profile

Prérequis Techniques:

Chaîne vidéo complète : Maîtrise encodage (codecs, profils, bitrates), packaging (HLS, MPEG-DASH), distribution (CDN, cache, trafic), orchestration workflows et automatisation traitements.
Monitoring & KPI : Sondes, logs, alerting, dashboards pour Run vidéo ; détection incidents, qualité de service et optimisation UX.
Architectures scalables : Microservices, cloud, API ; robustesse, performance et résilience des briques techniques.
Culture DevOps : CI/CD, mises en production sécurisées, gestion environnements ; coordination Build/Run fluide.
Outils agiles : Backlog, user stories, priorisation (Jira ou équivalent) ; transformation demandes en features à valeur.
Compétences transverses : Anglais opérationnel pour docs/échanges ; challenge process, amélioration continue.
Expérience : 3-6 ans en PO technique vidéo OTT, alignement stratégique et gestion incidents/correctifs.
