About the role

You’ll lead a key product area within a major Oracle Fusion ERP platform used by over 50,000 colleagues, focusing on improving user experience at scale. Rather than building from scratch, this role is about optimising, evolving and improving a complex system, making it simpler, more accessible and more effective for its users.

Working at a senior level, you’ll set direction, influence decisions and champion user-centred thinking in a high-impact, regulated environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex problems with real-world impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and shaping the product vision and direction

• Leading delivery teams and setting priorities based on user needs and data

• Managing the full product lifecycle (discovery through to live)

• Improving user journeys, reducing friction and increasing accessibility

• Using insights, analytics and user feedback to drive decisions

• Creating and managing roadmaps, backlogs and release plans

• Collaborating with stakeholders and influencing senior decision-makers

• Ensuring products meet GDS standards and accessibility requirements

• Supporting and mentoring other product managers
