As a Senior Product Manager at the Home Office, you’ll lead the evolution of a large-scale enterprise platform used by over 50,000 colleagues every day.

You’ll own a key product area, setting direction through data, user insight, and clear outcomes. Working with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers, you’ll drive continuous improvement and influence how products are delivered across a highly regulated environment.

What you’ll be doing

Owning and shaping the product vision, strategy, and direction
Leading roadmaps, release plans, and full product lifecycle delivery
Using user research, data, and analytics to guide decision-making
Prioritising work through a well-managed product backlog
Driving continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities
Ensuring products meet GDS standards, accessibility, and best practice
Collaborating with delivery teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
Supporting and mentoring Product Managers and contributing to recruitment

Candidate profile

What we’re looking for

Strong experience leading digital or technology-backed products
Ability to use data and user insight to make confident product decisions
Experience delivering complex products in large-scale environments
Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Commercial awareness, including budgeting and financial considerations
Experience leading teams and supporting others to grow
A user-focused mindset with a passion for improving services
