Purpose:
To lead the large & critical IT projects including deep understanding of Business Requirement Documentation for IT projects in real estate business, driving the development efforts in Agile methodology, preparing & executing Test Management & User Acceptance phases and finally ensuring successful release of projects into production. Work closely with Transformation office in IT & all functional domains , sync up & decide priority of business demands, lead efforts to size & cost the project.
Lead the development of features, functionalities within IT systems , lead the integration of these systems with enterprise platforms. .

To lead the large & critical IT projects including deep understanding of Business Requirement Documentation for IT projects in real estate business, driving the development efforts in Agile methodology, preparing & executing Test Management & User Acceptance phases and finally ensuring successful release of projects into production. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead the full project lifecycle of IT projects initiated for all business Domains
- Executive Reporting of project status and ensuring timely delivery of these projects
- Full utilization of project resources and manage capacity of a shared team across projects
Governance and Standards:
- Establish and enforce Project Management standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across all projects.
- Ensure that all project decisions are documented, communicated, and adhered to across the organization.
- Act as a key advisor to the IT PMO and other senior executives on projects and technology strategy.
- Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on various projects & initiatives.
- Represent the domain (sales) functional projects in cross-functional teams, ensuring that architecture considerations are integrated into all major IT projects.
- Ability to think long-term and translate BRD (Business Requirement Document) into Releases & sprints in agile methodology.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive change, and foster a collaborative working environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management, Test Management framework
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Project Management roles with strong skills around Salesforce , Digital technologies and end user experience.
- Experience in the UAE, understanding local regulations, and business culture is advantageous.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional, multicultural teams, with experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Experience in the construction industry or related sectors within the UAE or the Middle East. The candidate should possess an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the UAE, such as the emphasis on smart cities, sustainability, and the integration of advanced technologies in construction projects.
