Contrôleur(se) de Gestion SAP – Mission 3 mois renouvelable

📍 Méru (60) – 3j présentiel / 2j télétravail

🏢 Contexte :

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement temporaire (arrêt maladie), un équipementier automobile international recherche un(e) Contrôleur(se) de Gestion confirmé(e) pour renforcer son équipe controlling.

Le périmètre concerne un TechCenter R&D de 180 personnes basé en Allemagne (environnement international).

Mission initiale de 3 mois renouvelables.

🎯 Missions principales :

Synchronisation des tâches de clôture mensuelle

Suivi des déclarations d’heures R&D

Refacturation des coûts programmes

Revue des coûts réels par centre de coûts

Gestion des provisions (accruals)

Analyse des écarts Budget / Forecast / Réel

Préparation des prévisions (Operating Margin & Cash)

Préparation du support de présentation pour la revue mensuelle avec le Directeur de site

🛠️ Stack & Compétences obligatoires :

🔴 SAP (FI/CO fortement recommandé) – obligatoire

Provisions / accruals

Analyse budgétaire

📊 Excel avancé (TCD, formules complexes, analyses financières)

📈 PowerPoint (présentation direction)

🌍 Anglais professionnel obligatoire

👤 Profil recherché :

5 ans minimum en contrôle de gestion

Expérience environnement industriel / R&D appréciée

Autonome et immédiatement opérationnel

Capable d’interagir avec des managers internationaux

À l’aise à l’oral (présentation forecast direction)
