Dans le cadre d’un projet transverse à forte composante opérationnelle et SI, nous recherchons un consultant freelance capable d'assurer le pilotage de comptes transverses, incluant la qualité, les délais, le transport, les systèmes d’information, et la relation client.

Ce poste nécessite un profil polyvalent, structuré et orienté résultats, capable d’intervenir en coordination avec plusieurs départements (supply, IT, transport, qualité, relation client) et de proposer des actions d’amélioration concrètes.

Candidate profile

Suivi et pilotage transverse des indicateurs Qualité / Coûts / Délais / Transport
Analyse de la performance des opérations (KPI, retards, anomalies, écarts de service)
Coordination avec les équipes métiers et SI sur les outils en place ou en déploiement
Animation de la relation client (reporting, réponses aux sollicitations, plans d’actions)
Participation à l'amélioration continue des processus logistiques & transport
Appui à la gestion de la donnée dans les systèmes (ERP, TMS, WMS…)
Contribution aux comités de pilotage opérationnels

Working environment

Expérience confirmée dans des fonctions transverses (logistique, supply chain, service client, ou gestion de comptes)
À l’aise avec les Systèmes d’Information (ERP, TMS, WMS, BI…)
Goût pour l’analyse de données, le pilotage opérationnel, et les outils de reporting
Excellent relationnel, capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés (internes et clients)
Esprit analytique, rigueur, autonomie
