Job Vacancy Technician

A global medical device company are looking for an Electrical Mechanical Technician / Engineer to join their Engineering team on a contract basis. Your role will be focused towards designing and building electrical hardware test systems based on what is trying to be measured. You will also need to help manage equipment and machine builds.

Essential skills:

• Equipment management and Test system building
• Designing and building electrical equipment
• Mechanical experience
• Building electrical test systems from scratch

Highly desirable skills:

• Medical device or other regulated industry experience
• Working in the medical industry on capital equipment

The start date is ASAP. The initial contract is for 6 months, with multiple extension options. The role is based in County Tipperary and will require 4-5 days onsite per week. The rate is €30-45 per hour, depending on experience. If you have any expenses, please let me know and I can factor that into the rate for you.
