We're looking for a highly accomplished Azure Migration Test Lead/Manager on a 6 month FTC basis to work with TXP and our leading financial services client in the West Midlands to deliver business commitments on a Data Centre Migration to Azure.

The successful candidates will have proven experience of migration of applications and infrastructure from on-premises data centres to Microsoft Azure.

Role:

• To work with the Head of Delivery & Assurance to expand the testing capability and support client engagements with respect of test capability and maturity, test management and test delivery
• Develop Test Management as a service that can be delivered to clients and provide the required governance and frameworks that supports this across our core testing services
• Mentoring of internal and external staff where required in respect of testing best practice
• Engage with clients to define and structure the appropriate approach to testing, be that at an organisational or project level
• Able to work within several development approaches - Waterfall, Agile

Skills/Experience:

• Experience of migration of applications and infrastructure from on-premises data centres to Microsoft Azure
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating testing, preferably for migrations
• Strong E2E Test lead experience (not just functional testing)
• Strong understanding of integration, performance testing, OAT data migration validation, and operational readiness
• Familiarity with Enterprise tools such as LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and Soap UI
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across diverse teams
• Ability to work within structured test processes and support Test Managers in strategic planning
• Knowledge of Azure-native monitoring and automation tools
• Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies
