Implement and refine agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines tailored to private banking needs. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet the bank’s standards and requirements. Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor deliverables related to private banking systems. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development including MS SQL Server with SSIS, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within banking or financial services. Proven track record of managing large-scale software delivery projects in core banking, Treasury systems, and finance systems. Experience with Equation and SQL Server environments. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and software development tools. Experience with core banking systems (e.g., Equation), Treasury systems, and finance systems. Proficiency in SQL Server and database management.
