Key Responsibilities: * Provide Level 1/2/3 support (based on role level) for Skype for Business, including user provisioning, troubleshooting, call quality issues, and configuration. * Monitor Skype for Business services and infrastructure using monitoring tools (SCOM, SDN, etc.). * Respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). * Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot latency, connectivity, or VoIP issues. * Manage and support integration with Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Outlook, and Active Directory. * Maintain and update Skype system configurations, user policies, conferencing settings, and voice gateways. * Provide end-user support for Skype features (IM, presence, meetings, conferencing, and voice). * Participate in upgrade and patch management cycles for Skype servers and clients. * Document resolutions, procedures, and configurations in the knowledge base. * Provide on-call or after-hours support as required Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
