La mission consiste à accompagner plusieurs entités dans l’évaluation, la mise en œuvre et l’industrialisation des fonctionnalités AI de Salesforce (Einstein, Agentforce) sur les domaines Sales Cloud, Service Cloud et Marketing Cloud. L’objectif est de construire des parcours clients, distributeurs et opérationnels plus intelligents, plus automatisés et conformes aux exigences de sécurité et de gouvernance.
