Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design * Define target and transition architectures for Power Platform solutions across canvas & model-driven apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, custom connectors, and Copilot Studio bots. * Establish reference architectures and reusable patterns for role-based security, data design, integration, eventing, and observability. * Lead architecture reviews, threat modeling, and solution design approvals; produce HLD/LLD, sequence diagrams, deployment topologies, and data models. Integration & Data * Architect secure integrations with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid), M365, and line-of-business systems via custom connectors. * Optimize Dataverse schema, relationships, and performance; manage large datasets, virtual tables, and row-level security. * Ensure data quality, telemetry, and Power BI analytics alignment with semantic models and governance. Delivery Leadership * Guide fusion teams (citizen devs + pro devs) with standards, code reviews, and hands-on coaching. * Work with product owners to translate business outcomes into platform capabilities and technical backlog items. * Manage solution risk, cost, timeline, and NFRs (scalability, performance, reliability, supportability). Platform Enablement & CoE * Establish and evolve the Power Platform CoE: standards, accelerators, templates, guardrails, and training paths. * Drive adoption,evangelisee best practices, and manage demand intake with transparent prioritisation. * Maintain platform roadmap and lifecycle (feature evaluation, preview tracking, deprecation planning). Operations & Support * Define support model, SLAs, and runbooks; ensure robust monitoring/logging (Azure Monitor, Dataverse telemetry, Application Insights). * Govern service accounts, connectivity, license posture, and cost optimisation. * Own incident/problem management for platform-related issues and coordinate with vendor support. Key Skills & Experience: * Expert knowledge of Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Solution packaging. * Strong ALM experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub, Power Platform Build Tools, PAC CLI, pipelines, and automated deployments. * Integration design using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, custom connectors, and webhooks. * Deep understanding of security and governance: environment strategy, DLP, role-based access, MS Entra ID, conditional access, PIM. * Performance tuning and NFRs: Dataverse capacity, query optimization, offline considerations, concurrency, batch processing. * Familiarity with Copilot Studio (bots/agents), Azure OpenAI integrations, prompt safety, and data compliance. * Proficiency with Power BI architectural alignment (datasets, gateways, RLS) and M365 integrations (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook). * Script automation (PowerShell, CLI) and infrastructure-as-code concepts for platform configuration. Tools & Technology Stack: * Power Platform: Power Apps, Automate, Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power BI. * DevOps: Azure DevOps/GitHub, PAC CLI, Build Tools, PowerShell. * Azure: Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, Monitor, App Insights. * Security & Identity: MS Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, PIM, DLP policies. * Collaboration: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint), Planner/ADO Boards, Confluence/Jira (optional). Key Responsibilities * Analyze client business processes and identify areas of process improvements, performance bottlenecks in D365 CE/CRM implementations. * Design and implement performance tuning strategies for cloud flows, integrations, PCF controls, Azure components and plugins. * Analyze telemetry, logs, and metrics to identify and improve performance in customizations, integrations, and infrastructure. * Collaborate with architects, developers, Cloud and DevOps team to ensure scalable and efficient solutions. * Lead performance testing and optimization initiatives across the CRM platform. * Maintain best practices for performance and scalability in D365 CE/CRM solutions. * Provide architectural, technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. * Document performance benchmarks and improvement plans. * Collaborate with Network team, Microsoft Fast track and support engineers on key needs and performance improvement related activities. Skills and Experience * Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform. Minimum of 10+ years in Dynamics CRM platform and 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Online and Azure components. * Strong knowledge of performance tuning in Dynamics 365 implementations. * Hands-on experience with cloud flows, Azure IaaS/PaaS services like logic apps, functions, service bus, custom connectors, and Power Platform. * Expertise in developing and optimizing PCF controls and plugins. * Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web API. * Experience with SQL (IaaS and PaaS), Postgres SQL, SSRS, FetchXML, and data integration/migration. * Strong understanding of solution architecture and technical design documentation.
