Dans ce cadre, il : Assure le suivi du pilotage opérationnel et le reporting de l'activité d'un domaine : stratégique, portefeuille projets, programmes ou activités opérationnelles ; Pilote les plannings prévisionnels d'affectation des ressources, le suivi des réalisations et le budget du projet ; Alerte les responsables de projet en cas d'anomalie par rapport aux prévisions ; Intervient directement dans les projets ou pour le compte d'une direction dans le cadre d'un suivi transversal du portefeuille de projets ; Contribue à l'élaboration du portefeuille de projets en prenant en compte les contraintes et dépendances des ressources sur les aspects coûts, délais et compétences ; Vérifie l'avancement du projet ou programme selon les exigences définies en matière de qualité, coût et délai ; Vérifie le respect des engagements ; Vérifie l'application de la méthodologie et des bonnes pratiques ; Effectue l'analyse des risques ; Évalue la capacité actuelle et prévisionnelle des ressources et des tâches et propose leur optimisation ou leur éventuelle réallocation. Le consultant : Propose des ajustements et des replanifications si nécessaire ; Suit et actualise le budget ; Suit les moyens alloués au regard des prévisions : consommés, reste à faire et planning ;

Dans le cadre d'un programme de résilience IT, le consultant interviendra en appui du responsable de programme afin de renforcer et structurer les dispositifs de continuité et de reprise d'activité. Il participera à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des PCA/PRA, à la rédaction des politiques et documents de référence, à l'identification des processus métiers critiques ainsi qu'à la cartographie des applications, services IT et dépendances associées. Il accompagnera les équipes métiers et IT dans la formalisation de leurs plans de continuité et de reprise, contribuera à la mise en place de la gouvernance des tests PCA/PRA et participera aux exercices en assurant le suivi des retours d'expérience et des plans d'actions. Il prendra également part au pilotage du programme à travers la préparation des comités et ateliers, la production des supports et comptes rendus ainsi que le suivi des actions et décisions.
