Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and initiation to execution and closure. Participate in agile ceremonies with international teams. Required Profile Mandatory skills At least 5 years of project management experience. Very strong knowledge of payment acceptance. Experience in technical environments: APIs, logs, payment flows. Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical topics. Experience in client onboarding / functional coordination. Proficiency in one of the following language combinations: French + English + Italian French + English + Spanish Former engineer, QA, or developer who moved into project management. Experience with a payment acceptance provider (Ingenico, Worldline, AxIS, PSP, etc.). High autonomy, analytical mindset, strong client‑service orientation. Comfortable with international projects and multiple stakeholders.
