Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Project Management Officer / Directeur de Projet qui jouera un rôle clé dans le pilotage opérationnel et stratégique des projets, en support aux équipes techniques et aux parties prenantes. Vous serez rattaché directement au Responsable R&D et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projets, techniques et qualité. Responsabilités :- Assurer le suivi opérationnel et stratégique des projets : planning, budget, ressources et risques ;- Définir et suivre les jalons, livrables et indicateurs de performance ;- Mettre en place et maintenir les tableaux de bord projet, les reportings et les outils de suivi pour la direction et les clients ;- Coordonner les équipes projets et techniques pour garantir le respect des délais, coûts et qualité ;- Identifier les écarts et proposer des actions correctives, en lien avec les chefs de de projet ;- Participer aux réunions de pilotage, comités de projet et points de suivi avec le client ;- Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de gestion de projet et au partage des bonnes pratiques.
