Coordinateur de déploiement Point de Vente (PDV)
Dans le cadre du déploiement de solutions auprès des Points de Vente (PDV) du client, celui-ci recherche un(e) Coordinateur(trice) de déploiement . Véritable interface entre les clients, les partenaires et les équipes internes, vous prenez en charge le suivi complet d’un dossier dès la signature du devis, jusqu’à la bonne réalisation de l’installation et la clôture administrative. Principales activités Coordonner les installations de solutions (matériels, logiciels, etc.) avec les PDV et partenaires. S’assurer de la bonne réalisation des chantiers. Alimenter les outils internes pour assurer un suivi efficace des projets, de la facturation et de la mise à jour du parc installé. Vos missions En tant que coordinateur, vous êtes garant(e) du bon déroulement des installations et de la satisfaction client. Vos principales responsabilités seront : Prendre en charge les dossiers PDV dès réception du devis signé et assigné. Vérifier et valider les lignes de coordination dans l’outil de suivi afin de déclencher les ordres de prestations auprès des partenaires installation et logistique. Analyser les PV de réunions de chantier et d’interventions réalisés par les partenaires. Informer les équipes commerciales des besoins complémentaires afin d’établir des devis définitifs si nécessaire. Suivre la planification des installations (réunions de chantier, interventions) via téléphone ou outils de suivi. Gérer les lignes de coordination dans l’outil de suivi, ajouter ou valider des prestations complémentaires. Contrôler la disponibilité des dates d’intervention communiquées par les partenaires. S’assurer du respect des prérequis d’installation auprès des PDV et partenaires, avant validation du planning. Analyser les PV d’intervention et vérifier la bonne exécution du chantier. Transmettre les informations à l’ADV pour la facturation et la mise à jour du parc.
