Nous recherchons pour un démarrage sous 1 mois un(e) Architecte et Techlead SALESFORCE freelance dans le cadre d'un projet de solution groupe basée sur Salesforce pour le service client. Objectifs de la Mission L'Architecte Salesforce et Responsable Technique (Tech Lead) prendra en charge les responsabilités techniques du projet pour le groupe. Ce système est basé sur Salesforce et est interfacé avec de nombreux systèmes du groupe afin de synchroniser les instances et données de référence. Il prend en charge les processus de Service Client (gestion des cas, des réclamations). Le projet est déployé via GitLab sur 7 organisations et est en cours d'expansion. Tout le code est personnalisé. L'architecte / tech lead sera propriétaire de tous les aspects techniques du projet, garantira leur évolution et facilitera leur déploiement auprès des entités métiers. Architecte & Chef de projet technique SAP BASIS Pour le compte de notre client, en marge de leurs projets de mise en oeuvre / déploiement du Core Model SAP S/4 + du projet de migration de ce même landscape SAP vers SAP RISE, nous avons besoin de renforcer leur équipe d'architecture technique SAP sur les activités suivantes : - Coordination des activités technique pour nos déploiements (architecture, basis, gestion des utilisateurs...) - Définition de l'architecture technique pour les nouveaux déploiements (identifications des gaps potentiels, définition des paramétrages pour les nouvelles interfaces) - Prise en charge et pilotage de projet technique en parallèle du projet de transformation (ex: montée de version mineure...) - Reporting opérationnel autonome (Comités Projet et Architecture) - incluant slides de remontée des risques / alertes - Accompagnement et coaching sur les sujets d'architecture technique SAP Localisation : Nanterre Présence : 3j par semaine sur site client, 2j de remote (ça peut monter à 4 ou 5 jours sur site pendant les Go-live, mais c’est ponctuel) Français courant obligatoire, Anglais également à l’oral et à l’écrit (nos déploiements étant pour certain hors France) Pour rejoindre cette belle mission, merci de transmettre votre CV actualisé pour considération immédiate.
