A global medical device company are looking for Mechanical Design and Process Development Engineer with equipment design and prototyping experience. The ideal candidate will have experience designing medical mechanical equipment, as part of a new exploratory project, with some exposure to electronics. This role requires a hands-on, self-driven individual who is comfortable managing the full equipment lifecycle, from concept through to validation. A solid understanding of mechanical design principles and process development within the medical device sector is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to learning, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while valuing the importance of validation and quality standards. This role will focus on design initially and the role will expand as you get embedded into the project. You'll need an attitude to learn new areas quickly, proactively and often autonomously, there will be support still. Nous recherchons un Product Designer expert en ergonomie mobile et responsive pour optimiser l'expérience utilisateur sur le tunnel de commande responsive. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une organisation produit mature où le design est central pour la performance des parcours e-commerce. Votre mission inclut l'audit et le cadrage UX responsive, la conception et le prototypage de user flows, wireframes et prototypes multi-écrans, la définition et l'interprétation de tests A/B, l'amélioration itérative des parcours, et la collaboration avec les Product Managers et les équipes de développement. Compétences requises Maîtrise des principes d'ergonomie et de design responsive. Expérience sur les tunnels de commande e-commerce. Capacité à concevoir des solutions basées sur des insights de recherche. Maîtrise des outils de conception et de prototypage (Figma, FigJam). Connaissance des outils d'analyse comportementale (ContentSquare). Connaissance des standards d'accessibilité (RGAA).

Ces solutions digitales (produits digitaux) sont hébergées dans deux portails à destination de ces deux grandes populations d’utilisateurs : - Le Portail de l’Offre : pour les chefs de produits, les pilotes de commercialisation, les responsables de marché, les analystes pricing, … - Le Portail Fournisseur : pour les fournisseurs 1P (B2B)
