We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to support a major transformation programme involving the migration from a legacy ERP environment to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud . This role will take ownership of coordinating the data workstream to ensure existing data is prepared, migrated, and validated successfully within the new SAP landscape. Working closely with both business and technology stakeholders, the successful candidate will guide migration activities across the full lifecycle — from early data discovery and preparation through to transformation and validated loading into the target system. Data migration activities will be delivered using internal tools and established processes. This is a senior role within the programme and will act as the central point of coordination for data-related migration activities, ensuring appropriate controls, data quality standards, and readiness across the implementation phases. Responsibilities We are looking for someone who can: Lead the delivery of the data migration workstream within a wider SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. Coordinate activities relating to data preparation, cleansing, mapping, and validation. Support the structured migration of data from legacy systems into the SAP environment. Work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to resolve migration challenges. Manage and coordinate a team responsible for data preparation and migration tasks. Help implement governance, controls, and validation checkpoints throughout the migration lifecycle. Provide clear communication on migration progress, risks, and data readiness. Experience We are looking for candidates who have: Experience supporting or leading data migration activities within SAP S/4HANA programmes , ideally within a Public Cloud environment. Understanding of SAP data structures and the movement of data between legacy and SAP systems. Experience working with migration tooling or ETL-style data transformation processes. Exposure to managing or coordinating teams responsible for migration deliverables. Experience supporting data quality, validation, and reconciliation activities. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across both technical and business teams. Familiarity with structured programme or project delivery environments.

They are now looking to recruit a Data Governance Manager with at least 5 to 10 years proven expertise ideally from a banking environment. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Data Governance Manager. The Data Governance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of data governance initiatives and developing policies and procedures to support data quality and master data management. Data Migration Analyst Our Client is looking to recruit a seasoned Data Migration Analyst with excellent Data Analyst skills - at least 3 to 5 years experience as a Data Analyst. Provide support to the data migration Lead in the data migration of legacy data into NetSuite edERP in accordance with the project plan Review the legacy data to identify data quality issues Review non-legacy data for data quality & resolve issues Liaison with the schools throughout the data preparation stages Perform data extractions from the legacy system into Excel Review the legacy data to identify data quality issues such as; o missing mandatory fields o data not coherent & correctly cross-referenced o data not valid i.e. formatted correctly, consistent with NetSuite requirements o potential functional shortfalls of NetSuite Co-ordinate with Users to resolve issues identified with the quality of the data. Co-ordinate with Users in the preparation of other data that are not in the legacy system that is required for NetSuite, such as; o email addresses o third party payers o fees, discounts & academic calendar o pricing master header & lines o NetSuite contracts Review non-legacy data for data quality & resolve issues with users, where necessary obtaining acceptance from the project team and/or the Business. To comply with safeguarding policies, procedures and code of conduct and demonstrate a personal commitment to safeguarding and student/colleague wellbeing. Ensure that any safeguarding concerns or incidents are reported appropriately in line with policy and engage in safeguarding training when required. Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience of data analysing and/or cleansing and at least 3+ years experience of systems implementation. Have experience of extraction & cleansing of legacy data. Being involved in at least 2 major Data migration projects. Should have strong Excel user skills along with data migration ETL methodology. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. English as primary language. " T-SQL " Excel VBA " Accounting ETL Methodology The Client is based in Milton Keynes various offices across the UK. The role will based remotely at present with the need to attend the office as and when required. The rate for this role will be circa £300 to £400 per day.
