Dans le cadre de la gestion d'un service d'infrastructure mondial, le Service Architect / Service Manager est responsable de la définition, de la standardisation et du pilotage des services d'exploitation couvrant les infrastructures on-premise et virtualisées. Il assure la coordination entre les équipes régionales, les centres de services internationaux et les parties prenantes métiers afin de garantir la disponibilité, la performance et l'amélioration continue des services.

Missions principales

Définir et faire évoluer l'architecture des services d'infrastructure.
Piloter les activités de supervision, patch management, sauvegarde, restauration et gestion des incidents.
Garantir le respect des SLA, KPI et engagements de service.
Standardiser les processus ITSM et les outils à l'échelle mondiale.
Assurer la coordination des équipes locales, régionales et offshore.
Superviser les plans d'amélioration continue et les actions correctives.
Participer à la gestion des fournisseurs et des contrats de services.
Animer les comités de pilotage et assurer le reporting auprès des directions IT.

Candidate profile

Expérience

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en Infrastructure IT.
Expérience confirmée en Service Management ou Service Delivery Management.
Expérience dans la gestion d'environnements de production critiques.
Expérience de coordination d'équipes internationales ou offshore.

Compétences techniques obligatoires

VMware (administration et environnements virtualisés).
Zabbix (supervision et monitoring).
Cohesity (sauvegarde, restauration et protection des données).
Systèmes Windows Server.
Systèmes Linux.
Infrastructures physiques Dell.
Gestion des sauvegardes et plans de restauration.
Gestion des incidents, problèmes et changements.

Compétences ITSM

Maîtrise des processus ITIL.
Gestion des SLA et KPI.
Gouvernance des services IT.
Amélioration continue des services.

Soft Skills

Leadership transverse.
Excellente communication.
Gestion des parties prenantes.
