Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble, and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances has been a reference in IT thanks to its expertise, transparency, and proximity . We are looking for a Software developer (Java or Python - Azure cloud environment) for our client in Brussels.
Duration : 12 months - Full time
Location : Brussels / 3 days per week on site
Context : Information systems modernisation and strengthening
Responsibilities :
Design, build and maintain application features, mainly on the backend (APIs, services, data access).
Work in a cloud environment, preferably Azure: configuration, logging, identity, storage, and basic troubleshooting of the services you use.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and automated tests. Do not commit secrets. Respect environments (dev / test / prod).
Write clear, reviewed code and document what you ship.
Estimate and refine work with the Solution Architect / Lead Developer. Raise risks early.
Take part in agile ceremonies and pair when a topic is new.
Candidate profile
Expected skills and experience :
2 to 5 years of professional experience as a software developer
Python or Java - Confirmed level - Must have
Practical knowledge of a public cloud, ideally Azure cloud (app service, functions, containers)- Must have
DevOps practices - Must have
Azure certification (AZ-900 or AZ-204) - Nice to have
Agile - Nice to have
Languages :
English - Full professional proficiency - Must have
Dutch or French - Native - Is a plus
