🚀 Je recherche un Consultant Fonctionnel Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, spécialisé Finance, pour accompagner mon client au sein de sa Service Line Managed Services.

📍 Localisation : 100% télétravail
📅 Démarrage : à définir
🤝 Format : Pré-Embauche
🎯 Expérience : minimum 5 ans en tant que Consultant Fonctionnel Microsoft Dynamics, dont 2 ans minimum en support applicatif/TMA/AMS
🌍 Anglais professionnel indispensable (écrit et oral)

Vos principales responsabilités :
Analyser, qualifier et traiter les incidents et demandes de service sur les modules Finance de D365 F&O (GL, AP, AR, immobilisations, trésorerie, clôtures, fiscalité/reporting financier)
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la résolution de leurs problématiques fonctionnelles
Assurer le suivi des tickets dans Azure DevOps et garantir le respect des SLA
Réaliser les analyses fonctionnelles des incidents complexes et proposer des solutions pérennes
Identifier les irritants utilisateurs et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration continue
Contribuer aux plans d'action issus des comités de gouvernance AMS
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle, guides utilisateurs et supports de formation
Participer à la préparation des comités opérationnels (COMOP) avec les Service Delivery Managers
Participer activement aux phases de montée de version (analyse des évolutions Microsoft, tests de non-régression, accompagnement UAT)

Candidate profile

Compétences indispensables :
✅ Excellente maîtrise de D365 Finance & Operations, expertise confirmée sur le domaine Finance
✅ Très bonne compréhension des processus financiers d'entreprise
✅ Capacité à analyser rapidement des problématiques complexes
✅ Connaissance des méthodes de gestion des incidents, demandes et changements
✅ Excellente communication écrite et orale, capacité à vulgariser des sujets complexes
✅ Autonomie et rigueur dans un environnement 100% télétravail
✅ Certifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance et connaissance Azure DevOps appréciées
