Context and objective of the mission

The Digital Business Solutions department supports the organization's business activities and enables them to operate efficiently and evolve according to business needs and technologies. Within the service unit dedicated to IT Service Management, Transition and ERP, the team manages the processes and applications supporting HR, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics and Communication.

Within the ERP team, the mission is to support internal business departments in optimizing working methods and improving user experience through changes to existing applications or the development of new solutions. The ERP team is composed of around fifteen professionals, including project managers, functional analysts and developers. The selected consultant will report directly to the ERP Team Manager.

Main responsibilities

As a SAP FICA analyst, the consultant will:
• Analyze requested changes and estimate workload and cost
• Consider several possible solutions or approaches
• Assess the impact of changes on existing systems
• Ensure service continuity and maintainability of the solution
• Perform necessary adaptations or developments based on established specifications
• Update reference documentation
• Develop a test plan, supervise tests, control quality and ensure deployment
• Follow up and resolve incidents and problems

Profile sought

Required background and experience:
• Master’s degree
• Proven experience in functional analysis
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP FICA as a functional analyst
• Demonstrable experience with SAP configuration
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging
• Fluency in at least one of the two national languages (Dutch/French) and good or passive knowledge of the other

• Experience with a modelling tool
• Experience in the energy sector
• Experience with SAP ISU
• Experience working for a DGO
