Dans le cadre du déploiement d'un programme stratégique de transformation Data, nous recherchons un(e) Product Owner Data / Chef de Projet BI confirmé(e) pour piloter un projet structurant de migration de SAP Business Objects (v4.2) vers Power BI.

Au sein d'un environnement métier complexe et exigeant, vous garantissez la bonne exécution de la migration technico-fonctionnelle et la conduite du changement.

Vos responsabilités principales :

Cadrage & Backlog : Recueillir, qualifier et prioriser les besoins métiers. Structurer et animer le backlog de migration en mode Agile.
Pilotage & Coordination : Coordonner les équipes métiers, BI et techniques. Piloter le planning, les dépendances, la gestion des risques et les arbitrages.
Challenge technique : Challenger les choix de conception, de modélisation et d’architecture BI (front & back).
Recette & Déploiement : Garantir l'iso-périmètre et la reprise fonctionnelle entre SAP BO et Power BI. Préparer et accompagner les recettes ainsi que la conduite du changement auprès des utilisateurs.
Reporting : Assurer un suivi d'avancement clair auprès du PM Data et des comités de pilotage.

Candidate profile

Expérience : 5 à 8 ans minimum en gestion de projets Data / BI sur l'ensemble de la chaîne (Front-end & Back-end).
Expertise Power BI : Maîtrise confirmée de Power BI (impératif).
Connaissance SAP BO : Pratique ou bonne connaissance de Business Objects 4.2 souhaitée (connaissance des univers et rapports BO pour sécuriser la migration).
Posteur Technico-Fonctionnel : Capacité avérée à faire le pont entre les équipes Métier et les développeurs Data.
Environnement Technique : Power BI, SAP BO, Databricks, AWS.
Langues : Français courant exigé.

Atout majeur : Une expérience préalable réussie sur un projet de migration d'outils BI (notamment BO vers Power BI) est un très fort avantage.
